Matthew Sabella started weight training at age 14. He is certified in personal training through AFAA as well as sports nutrition, aqua aerobics and personal training through the Exercise Science Alliance. His specialties include weight loss and toning, muscle mass development and bodybuilding, and strength and sports specific training such as speed, balance and agility. Currently, he works at New Orleans Athletic Club. His goal is to instill the same energy and excitement that he has for exercising into his clients.
